If you are looking to host your server with us you may require
additional items or features.

Additional Server
Provision of 1u rackspace, 1 x 10/100Mb Ethernet port and 1 x
IEC 320 "kettle" power outlet. 1 IP Address. This server will be able
to take data transfer from your existing allowance.
Tape Swaps
An engineer will make a tape swap either daily or weekly based
on your backup schedule. Tape swaps can be made 24/7.
Additional IPs
Provision of additional IP addresses can
usually be arranged through RIPE. No monthly fee is charged for addressing, but
you will require router entries which are chargeable. Please contact us for further details.

Support Services
Server Access
We can provide accompanied server access to any colocation customers
on request at a fixed hourly rate.

Remote Hands service
We can provide server administration and
software or hardware maintenance for any colocation customers with Windows, BSD
or Linux servers
on request. Our engineers carry spares for all standard parts (i.e. hard drives,
memory and CPU, network card and motherboards).

24 Hour Support contract
If you require 24/7 support we offer a dedicated
point of contact with a guaranteed response time for out of hours emergencies,
together with a competitive hourly rate.
